The Red Rose

The Red rose is a space of deep empowerment, liberation and transformation. It is where we meet some of the most painful experiences of being human and discover the alchemy that exists when we are experiencing the dark night of the soul.

In these sessions, you are held in a safe container where we can explore and release blocked energy connected to experiences of abuse, betrayal, fear, sexual trauma, guilt and disempowerment, grief, despair and rage. This is the frequency that works with loss and abandonment and endings, whether through divorce, bereavement or any other profound change. The Red Rose helps us to NOT turn away from our shadow. Instead it invites us to meet ourselves honestly and to embody our true beliefs and become real about the places where we may have abandoned, silenced or oppressed ourselves.

The Red Rose is a Rose of pure alchemy. Deep emotional and somatic release may form part of this work as we let go of what we have carried, reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been lost or hidden and begin to rewrite our own story. The loving frequency of Mary Magdalene is often present within this work, walking beside us as a sister and guide. In this container we are encouraged to stop giving our power away, to receive deep support and to rise from our experiences with a new relationship to ourselves and our lives.

We may work with Voice Dialogue, womb work, frozen trauma in the body, sound healing, movement and animal guides. The greatest gift of Red Rose work is Power - the freedom to reclaim your life, rewrite your story and become the author of what happens next.
